- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
- Once your order is sent out, and you have received your tracking information, Her Pretty Essentials is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. USPS must be contacted (1800-275-8777).
- Secure packaging we understand the importance of discretion. Our products are shipped in secure, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. Therefore, do not be alarmed if the tracking link does not immediately provide updates.
